Carpenter Hill offers a quiet escape in the small town of Buda, just 15 miles from Austin. Buda was named the "Outdoor Capital of Texas" by the State of Texas Legislature due to its high percentage of parkland. The surrounding area features the beautiful scenery of the Texas Hill Country, with rolling terrain, stony hills, mature trees and stunning wildflowers. Situated on FM 967 between Hays CISD schools and the Buda Sportsplex, the community provides easy access to major roadways including the new SH 45SW toll road extension, State Loop 1 (MoPac), FM 1626 and I-35. Local employment opportunities include the City of Buda government, Hays Independent School District, Cabela's, and nearby retail and medical facilities.

Directions: From I-35 South, Exit 225 (FM-1626) towards Onion Creek Pkwy/Farm to Market Rd 1626. Turn right onto Farm to Market 1626 W and continue for 6.8 miles. Turn right onto RM-967 and continue straight for about a mile. Turn right onto Carpenter Hill Drive. The Sales Center is on the left at 110 Charlotte Agitha Drive.

Carpenter Hill is conveniently located near numerous shopping, dining and entertainment options. Just minutes from the community is Downtown Buda, a nationally-recognized historic site, which features six blocks of historic homes, longstanding buildings and local crafters. The historic square hosts many annual events, including the town’s Sip n' Stroll, South Main Music Nights, and Oaks Alive. The city also organizes the annual Buda Lions Country Fair & Wiener Dog Races, drawing a large crowd with dozens of four-legged friends. Buda is located only a few miles from Driftwood, home to the famous Salt Lick BBQ restaurant and some of the best wineries in Texas.
